INCENTIVE PROGRAM (SIP)

This program provides winter
incentives for academic resellers to stock and sell vendor’s
products. The purpose of the program is to draw attention
to your products during the typically slow-sales fall and
winter months. In addition to highlighting your products,
the program makes it possible for stores to test demand for
products that they might not have previously sold.
Resellers in good standing are given an opportunity from
October to the end of May to buy the products of
participating vendors on a buy-2-get-1-free special. No
more than 3 free units of each title may be obtained. Only
one order per reseller is permitted.

PROGRAM FOR ELIGIBLE RESELLERS

The Major Accounts program
is a great way for resellers to be rewarded for their sales.
Participating vendors agree to provide a rebate to reward
resellers for their sales! The rebate will be applied as a
general credit on the reseller’s account: For $10,000 worth
of sales in a quarter, a reseller earns a 3% rebate; $15,000
in sales, a 4% rebate; $25,000 in sales, a 5% rebate;
$50,000 in sales, a 5% rebate; $100,000 in sales, a 9%
rebate; and $200,000 in sales, a 10% rebate.

VALUE ADDED
RESELLER PROGRAM (VAR)
Direct incentives for sales!
If a reseller purchases
$5,000 or more of a vendor’s product in a calendar quarter,
they qualify for ADI’s VAR status. VARs earn an MDF accrual
of 5% of the net dollar amount of purchases of the
participating Vendor’s products during the remainder of the
qualifying quarter and the next full quarter. The vendor
reimburses ADI, and ADI reimburses the resellers 100% of the
net media cost of advertising specific to the vendor’s
products at retail advertising rates up to the total MDF
accrued.
