information page. We are delighted to hear from you and we
look forward to working with you.
From here you can download a copy of
our required
Reseller Agreement, which will need to be filled out and
faxed to 800-441-5015 or 928-772-8035 along with a copy of your tax or
business license.
After we receive your Agreement and a copy of your tax or business
license, your username and password will be emailed to you. You will then be able to login to our online
warehouse where you can check our inventory and place
orders. General requirements for
academic sales:

Most of the products we
distribute have special discount prices and may be sold
only to students, teachers, and schools.

Some may also be sold to
government or non-profit agencies.
The manufacturers or vendors of the
products are concerned that they not be sold to nonacademic
customers.
The ways in which sales are regulated
varies across vendors. Our required
Reseller
Agreement covers the most common regulations, and links
are provide elsewhere as needed to help you meet the
additional requirements of some vendors.
